Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. CONTACT
US before returning. Buyer is responsible for return
shipping costs. Refund is based on condition of returned item.
In order for us to accept a return, the item must be in its
original packaging, unopened and in unused condition, not
damaged in any way. If the item has been worn by an animal, we
cannot issue a refund.
